About Chef Tony & The Industry Pizza Co.

After more than a decade in the kitchen, I’m finally taking this thing on the road.

The Industry Pizza Co. is a dream I brought to life alongside my friend and co-owner, Brianna. What started as late-night talks and a shared vision turned into a mobile pizza operation built on passion, hard work, and doing things the right way.

I’ve spent years in LA’s food scene dialing in every part of the process slow fermented dough, balanced sauces, quality ingredients, and pies that hit every time. Now all of that lives in our mobile kitchen, powered by a Gozney oven and a ’95 Honda Acty, delivering the char, blister, and fast bake that makes great pizza what it is.

This isn’t just a pizza truck. It’s the result of years of work, trial and error, and a lot of belief from the people around us. It’s about community, showing up, and putting out food we’re proud to serve.
